3G gave us the master bath we always wanted since we built our home.They really took the time to hear our vision sketch it our and then talk and show us each step. We could adjust as we went with minor tweaks to the vision with no problem. They came in on budget and cared for our money like it was their money when buying on our behalf. They sourced quality products and materials. The staff when the family was on the jobs items were dependable polite and end of the day cleaned up the jobsite so we were not living in a construction zone while the remodel was in progress.Added before and after pictures. We went from a tub that was horrible to try and step into and none moving rain heads to a separate tub; shower side by side with ADA access and handheld shower.

We used 3rd Generation Renovations for two projects on our new home. We just recently moved to Bella Vista, needed some additions to our new home purchase. We chose 3G from their website and Google reviews and were not disappointed. Very professional, clean, and we could not be more happy with the results. Mike and Marsha were extremely easy to work with, happy to accommodate to our every wish, and when finished made sure we were happy as well. We even recommended them to our new neighbors. I contracted 3rd Generation Renovations to replace my countertops and backsplash. I found their team and their work to be very professional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. My kitchen went from dreary to attractive in just a few days!

As 3G Renovations were working, they involved us in the final details by asking for our preferences where they were required. This was crucial and the result was a customized product that accommodated our specific situation. The entire 3G team was respectful of the spaces as they completed work in both our master bathroom shower and kitchen. They would clean up their work areas daily, respecting our new home. The entire 3G team treated our home as it was their own (or even better). I give the 3G Renovations team an A+ from the very first conversation to the end of the project. Marsha and Mike with 3rd Generation Renovations helped me when other contractors turned the work away. With how busy work in Bella Vista and Bentonville has been, they were able to schedule my workshop renovation project. They worked with me on design, materials, and the budget. They helped with modifications to the design as the project progressed as well as explaining the permit and inspection process which made the project progress without any hiccups. They have been very communicative which was one of the main requirements that I wanted in dealing with a contractor. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who has a project or renovation that they want to have completed.

3rd Generation Renovations added a second level over the garage and part of our house for a total of 1000 sq ft. Their ability to meet the challenges of this renovation project were executed with great skill and planning for success!
